Zaga’s Improv Script for the Last Hag of Hourglass Coven
Story: The story of the derro twin brothers, and how they tragically corrupted the fey’s seelie court.
Stage: Left side is DARK (Abyss/Outer planes), right side is LIGHT (fey home plane Arvandor)
Spells we may use/need: familiars, prestidigitation, thaumaturgy, dancing lights, summon terror/minor illusion (black diamond form)
Extended Version 2:
A) Court Introduction
Scene A1: The Seelie Court with Tatiana and her sister (improve)
Scene A2: A LARGE GIANT (Bajie) is among a human and a hag. The human says to use the hammer she (Tasha) has given him. The giant says, “More power!” The hag motions with a finger to a Black Diamond and the giant grunts, “Yes, I hear your words in my mind hag mother…” Giant screams deeply and disappears (into the gem).
Scene A3: Replace giant human and hag, with two derro (dwarven) twin brothers. They are arguing and madly insane.
Suddenly, they both hear voices all around them that says “Deliver the Black Gem to the Queen of Light…”
They bicker madly (improve) before one twin backstabs the other. This twin then leaves with the Black Diamond in their possession, to the door of the fey court….. [The rest is the same from Scenes B-C.]
Scene A4: Narrator gives voices into the minds of the derro twins. “Deliver the Black Diamond to Tatiana so that she is corrupted to do the bidding” of the voices…. One twin agrees, another does not. The evil twin will kill/backstab its brother and then do as the voice said
A) Court Introduction (short version) -- Luthian & Zaga
Scene A1: The Seelie Court with Tatiana and her sister (improve with extra members)
Scene A2: Narrator gives voices into the minds of the derro twins. “Deliver the Black Diamond to Tatiana so that she is corrupted to do the bidding of the voices….” One twin agrees, another does not. The evil twin will kill/backstab its brother and then do as the voice said
B) Black Diamond Delivery -
Scene B1: The twin derro brings the Black Diamond to the fey home (from Dark end of scene into Light end of stage) knock*
Scene B2: Tatiana is seen busy with Bajie (middle of scene), she agrees to ignore the messenger at the door at the other end of the palace…
Scene B3: The sister of Tatiana answers the door instead (from the nearest side of the scene to the door knock), and is delivered the Black Diamond which the sister immediately takes and covets as her own, precious diamond. (*Lights flicker! Thunder!)
C) Transformations
Scene C1: Flight of the Sister A few days later, she (sister) steals herself away (light to dark stage) a corrupt transformation (*special transform ability)...
Scene C2 Final Scene: Tatiana’s court (everyone except the sister and the twins) wonders if they should just kill her outright, and Tatitana vows never to harm her own sister, no matter what she becomes….
A Raven (Jameson’s familiar) flies over the head of Tatiana and her court to haunt them…
In the corner the Twin who murdered, comes up off the floor and is banished to the Abyss and becomes enraged and in terror, stuck there on the 586th layer of the Abyss….
Notes
Luthien playing the Queen of Light should be really symbolic to all of this.

The hexed brothers (that have actual madness) playing out the twin derro gods is fucking prime because they are then banished to related planes by Moradin.
That hag and human who helped Kostchtchie (giant) is Baba Yaga and Iggwilv (Natasha the Dark/Tasha).
Iggwilv gave him the precious hammer, and Baba immortality, by aiding in trapping/dividing his soul; making him immortal, a part of him entering the black diamond presented then
This may or may not be the same “black diamond” however; it mixes these two stories together if we use this second version of the script, further relating it to the campaign and what may or may not have actually occurred
If this was true, this may “please” the hags to know/imagine that the Mother of Witches aided the fall of the Seelie Court so long ago…

Optional Ending: The “Raven Queen” (transformed sister) raises/summons Demons (real, during final scene beginning) to attack the “fey court” aka the hags/audience if/when she is present…
This could be the distraction in real life in which we steal Gleam to Glister, and attack this place at large and stop them all - kill everything there and leave a dire message while getting Kerberos’s answers from everyone along the way.
While insulting and calling out the patron of the hags Cegilune… And their hideous form/transformations…
This should enrage and employ/bless Luthian and the Elven Gods to aid us in our quest to DEFEAT THIS HAG COVEN

Sehanine Moonbow, Luna, Cegilune, Queen of Air and Chaos, Raven Queen - all are potentially the same or related entities, or avatars, or aspects. All of which are about dreams/memories, death (true), and protection of the living (souls). Shadowfell is ruled by the now god, Raven Queen. Her enemies are Orcus and Vecna (undeath lords basically). And she has her abode/followers collect her memories, because the memory of her has been erased from the living and the elves especially.
