Wand of the Uncounted Claim

 Taken from the Jarl-Necromancer (during Session 6), Zigga spent several hours unattuned to a glitched wand until she took it to her Mirrored Sanctuary. Her patron, Azrakiel was able to manifest attunement for her. The resulting weapon is the Wand of the Uncounted Claim. Now invisible to the machinations of Mechanus which created it as a anomaly to enspell Zigga, Zaga or Gauthak with the "False Wand of Orcus". Azrakiel has ensured that the necromantic withering that has affected Zigga are removed from her, and the wand has the subtle effects of withering removal when used on her chosen allies.

To attune, the wielder must:

• Enter the Mirrored Demiplane (the Shoes / Azrakiel’s domain)
• Present the wand to Azrakiel, Sultan of the Uncounted
• Be acknowledged (not commanded—acknowledged)

🧿 1. Uncounted Step (1 Charge)

As a reaction when targeted by an attack:

• You vanish and reappear up to 30 ft away
• The attack:
• Does not resolve
• Is treated as if it never targeted you

👉 This mirrors Azrakiel’s movement

🩸 2. Rewrite the Wound (1–3 Charges)

When you take damage:

• Reduce damage by 2d8 per charge spent
• Then choose:
• Take 1 Withering Stack
• OR transfer that damage to another creature within 30 ft (CHA save negates)

🪞 3. Reflected Authority (2 Charges)

As an action:

• Target creature must make CHA save
• On failure:

Choose one:

• They cannot benefit from buffs until end of next turn
• Their next successful roll becomes a failure
• You gain advantage on all rolls against them for 1 minute

🧵 4. Golden Thread Manifestation (1 Charge)

Create a thread between two points within 30 ft:

• Crossing it forces DEX save or:
• Restrained until end of next turn
• Threads last 1 minute
• Max active = CHA mod

☠️ Passive: Withering Conversion

When you would gain a Withering Stack:

• You may choose to:
• Convert it into 1 Uncounted Charge
• OR ignore it entirely (once per turn)

👁 Special Recharge Condition 

The wand regains all charges if, at least 2 of these were done today:

• If Zigga used the Performance and Stealth skill today
• If Zigga used the Wand of the Uncounted in combat today
• If Zigga used her Violin during a performance today 
• If Zigga visited the Sultan of the Uncounted today
