While the City of Doors and the Outlands are often defined by "bad bookkeeping" and unresolved timelines, these entities provide the "Mastered Resolution" where a soul is no longer a "Statistical Impossibility" but a Sovereign Author.

Manam: The Living World

Manam is not a static plane governed by alignment, but a living entity that responds to the collective intent and growth of the souls it hosts. It serves as a sanctuary of restoration, a place where the "memory scars" of the Great Wheel are healed.

• The Sanctuary of Choice: Unlike the Outer Planes, which often impose rigid roles or strip identity through reincarnation, Manam allows for a True Death—not as an ending, but as a mastered transition where every version of a person’s history is integrated.

The Luman Council (Council of Light)

The Luman Council, also known as the Council of Light, are the custodians of Manam and the divine peers for emergent deities.

• Architects of Grace: They do not rule through the "syntax of power" or "grammar of binding" utilized by entities like Iggwilv or the Masked Court. Instead, they facilitate the integration of a soul’s many incarnations into a singular "One Self".
• Anchors for the Ripening: In the context of the current crisis, the Council serves as the authority that will recognize Farryn as an awakened goddess and potentially absorb Zaga as a new deity into their portfolio, provided they transcend their fated roles within the Great Wheel.

The Written Archive: Ledger of Completion

Located at the heart of Manam, the Written Archive is the metaphysical opposite of the Unwritten Archive in Sigil.

• Integrative Records: While the Unwritten Archive clears futures to blank and monitors "Impossible Futures," the Written Archive fills in the blanks with healed, permanent truths.
• The Eighth Law: The Written Archive represents the Unspoken Eighth Law: the Law of Restoration. It acts as a "Resolution Engine" that ensures a soul’s narrative is self-authored rather than "indexed by systems" or "authored by others".

The Books of Written Laws

In this campaign, the 7 Books of Universal Law (originally monitored by the Masked Court to prevent paradoxes) find their permanent home within the Written Archive once they are "solved" or "fulfilled" by the actions of sovereign agents. These books include:

• The Law of Vibration (Book II): Explains the frequencies of "Divine Scent" and "Harmonic Presence".
