In the current era, it has been rebranded as the Fortune’s Wheel, serving as a probability redistribution engine that Shemeshka the Marauder has weaponized for her own gain.

The connection between the Ledger and the Wheel is currently defined by a multiversal malfunction. Because the Wheel is "repeating itself incorrectly," the Ledger no longer closes its books; instead, it tracks "Debts With No Owner" and names that recur across different cycles, indicating that the Wheel is recycling souls rather than resolving their outcomes.
