• It is a construct creation of Rigus
• It is one of the Relics of the SC
• It is the self consuming engine 
• It is fueled by deaths upon the battlefield of the SC
• It is proven to be undefeatable or otherwise undominatable by design 
• It is currently imprisoned in a demichamber immediately upon its arrival in Sigil by the Doom Guard

Known information summary about the 10,000 Souls (Arcana or Religion DC 15 with previous knowledge of the SC): 

• The Relics were once souls destined for Ysgard from Prime Worlds (DC 15) 
• The Relics were once humans and giants stolen from gods of Ysgard in a game (DC 20) 
• Loki took them to Winter's Hall to please his mistress during a Hunt (DC 25) 
• Their celestial souls were stripped from their bodies and stuffed into fiendish constructs (DC 25) 
• Cyric may have been Loki but we'll probably never know for sure (DC 30 Religion) 
• Asmodeus may be Loki and Lathander but we'll probably never know for sure (DC 35) 

Known information summary of the Shattered Compact (Acheron History DC 10): 

• It is believed to be an all-consuming endless war 
• It is not known to have a beginning or origin point
• It is hosted on a floating cube in the 1st layer of Acheron
• No gods claim ownership or direct involvement in the conflict but many in Acheron support it's operations and functions for their own purposes through out the planes 
• It's battlefield is known to be highly corruptive to mental psionics and constructs arcane energy with effects similar to a fey's charm or illusion functions
• Those who step foot on the battlefield of any species were thought to be instantly outraged with wild fury (DC 15) 
• It was written that there would be 10,000 souls that feed on fury (DC 15) 
• It is believed tha somewhere in Rigus is a hidden tower of the Unwritten Archives were the true origins of its connection to Limbo is located (DC 20 Acheron Lore)

• Shemeshka owns a private demi-chamber in an unknown realm that hosts a viewing theater of the Shattered Compact 
• VV (V5) and G7 are the most profitable relics of these rooms
• Relics (machine men, the ensouled 10,000) are used as entertainment in betting on outcomes 
• Since the "Screaming Escape" the battlefield was interrupted 
• The rooms are now called "the Discount Gallery" while relics are regrouped to re-enter the war

Iron Pursuit - History DC 10: 

• A small new faction from Rigus hired by private Acheron funds 
• Shemeshka funded the Iron Pursuit to return Missing Units of Acheron Property, assets not beings per paperwork. (DC 15 Records) 
• Their purpose is the return of war assets to the battlefield to which they are hired. (DC 20) 
• Shemeshka assumes some ownership over the Iron Pursuit and some aspects of the war but no records seem to indicate that she possesses the assets she claims should be returned to Acheron (DC 25) 
• No signatures yet exist or existed for the assets or their ensouled bodies, yet (DC 30 Records)
